On Tuesday, August 5 at 6:30pm, we’ll have our very own Freddie Blue and his band on the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music stage! Freddie Blue and the Friendship Circle have spent over a decade crafting a genre-blending sound grounded in roots rock, JamAmericana, a bit of reggae, and the New Orleans spirit. Fusing original music with soulful takes on classic songwriters, their shows radiate warmth, rhythm, and a sense of shared celebration. We're so excited to have them at the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music!

Concerts for All: Special discounted tickets are available for senior citizens and New Orleans residents receiving SNAP benefits. A valid benefits card and photo ID required to purchase discounted tickets for $3.00 per person. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets must be reserved in advance by calling 504.940.3400.

Guests are welcome to take photos and short video clips for personal enjoyment. When sharing on social media, we appreciate if you could tag both the Center and the artist. Please be aware that the Center retains the right to restrict photography and videography upon the request of artists or performers.
